Abstract

At the beginning of the development of this project, a definition provided by Umberto Eco comes to mind: "A thesis is the critical elaboration of an experience, which is presented following certain communication techniques." This is basically what I want to highlight, an experience that has deep, experiential roots, as it is an intuitive search for beauty in the simplest and most commonplace things, something that has been a constant since my earliest years. The ancient game of finding familiar shapes in cloud formations occupied many of my days, shadow puppets filled my nights; verifying clues, the curiosity about traces, and the fascination with discovering the cause of a footprint became one of my greatest daily delights. This constant attention to seemingly trivial details has allowed me "a daily playful exercise that, of course, also questions the causes of such indications, and I am also passionate about the natural sciences." In this work, I try to make tangible the presence of plastic beauty caused by chance, within an eminently urban framework. Prologue.
