Resumen
It is now evident that both individuals and organizations are increasingly demanding services and information. According to the journal Science the information generated by humanity increased in 2011 in 600 exabytes, or what is the same a trillion bytes. (Hilbert, 2011). This generalized requirement has raised the need to construct instruments that mesh the technological processes with the operative processes in an efficient, reliable and fast way. The present document presents a technological tool that supports the two-dimensional QR codes (Quick Response) to respond to the challenges in information management in terms of identification, generation and validation of the same. The document consists of 7 chapters divided into 3 parts: PART I. CONTEXTUALIZATION OF THE INVESTIGATION: This part of the document presents the description of the research setting out the objectives, justification, scope and developing the framework and methodology selected for this case was TOGAF. PART II. DEVELOPMENT OF THE INVESTIGATION: The development of the research is divided into 3 chapters detailing the architecture that gives solution to the need, the signed solution that details the steps taken to uniquely and unambiguously identify the document through the QR two-dimensional codes and the validation of the documents through a Web portal. PART III. CLOSURE OF RESEARCH: At the close of the research are the chapters concerning the results, conclusions and prospective of the degree project.
