Resumen
The high cost of producing electricity in the Non-Interconnected Zones of Colombia, high CO2 emissions and new policies established by the national government to reduce CO2 emissions aimed at international agreements and different tax benefits to promote the implementation of technologies of renewable energy, creates an opportunity gap for new generation technologies, especially the generation of electricity through photovoltaic solar systems. This paper presents the technical and financial feasibility study for a photovoltaic solar system with battery storage in the Non-Interconnected Zone of the municipality of Inírida, Colombia, for which a market, technical, legal, administrative and financial study was considered. As a result, a project was established that covers 100% of Inírida's electric energy demand, establishing four different alternatives according to the various technological options of photovoltaic solar systems, identifying that the best feasibility is the alternative identified with bifacial solar panels and structures. support with tracker type follower.
