Abstract

This degree work aims to develop the engineering internship as an assistant in the department of planning, monitoring and control IDC Consulting Company S.A. the methodology used was the calculation of quantities of work, generating budgets, schedules and other activities of the department. Additionally, as a contribution of the author, optimization of the work Trade 164 based on the method of Jorge Noriega and his book "critical path" is performed. As a result, the increased labor, the runtimes of the work are reduced by approximately 33%; passing a duration of 243-103 days, which is reflected in higher profits for the company.
