Resumen
Given the precarious conditions in which Colombian society is immersed, it has become evident that it is important to provide young people with the necessary tools in order to make better decisions regarding their professional and personal future when they graduate from secondary education , it is for this reason that the actions implemented throughout basic and secondary education that contribute to the making of informed decisions, taking into account the context, the public factors that intervene, the possibilities of projection are highly relevant. In view of the above, several factors are considered in this document that should be considered when developing any orientation plan and suggest actions to strengthen and strengthen the skills of young people, thus seeking greater individual and social development.
