La imagen contienen una noticia sobre el inmediato arreglo y funcionamiento del gas, la cual va dirigida al señor gerente compañía de gas exigiendo el arreglo de esto, la regulación de los picos que existen en los departamentos del palacio y consumidores, por otro lado se toca el tema del alumbrado de la ciudad de Bogotá.
