Resumen
In this project, a project management methodology is developed for the company Buho Media S.A.S, dedicated to the analysis and measurement of communications. The need arises because the business did not have any project management methodology. For this reason, the indicators of times, costs and customer specifications were reviewed. From this review, some needs of Buho Media related to deviations in costs and lack of information were evidenced, which are causes of the difficulty of adapting to changing conditions of the environment, the absence of amonitoring and a culture of project management. According to the identified needs, agile methodologies and technological tools for project management are examined. Subsequently, a 20-stage methodology is designed and its impact is evaluated using data that supports decision-making and the Delphi prospective method.
