Abstract

In addition, it is mentioned that if the Governor approves the objective of said note, the investment of one hundred pesos will be distributed immediately upon receipt. Finally it is mentioned that the approval indicated by the Lord of the House of Penitence is necessary and it should be noted that when making said award the prizes on behalf of the Government are a stimulus but they are also a tool to continue with the perseverance via the regenerative way of honest work.
