Resumen
Law 14 is a Colombian legislation designed to address the complex issue of transitional justice. This law seeks, on the one hand, to guarantee truth, justice and reparation for the victims of the armed conflict. On the other hand, it offers a way for the reintegration of those members of organized armed groups who have participated only in the crime of conspiracy to commit crimes and other specific conduct. The importance of this law lies in the fact that it provides the possibility for a demobilized person to regain his freedom through a judicial process, as long as he actively commits to the reintegration process and contributes to the construction of historical memory. This law is the result of a long process of discussion and regulatory adjustment, influenced by judicial decisions and the changing circumstances of the conflict.
