Sentencias dictadas por la Alcaldía de Bogotá sobre la imposición de cargos a un grupo de mujeres

Abstract

The image contains a news item about the Rulings issued by the Mayor's Office of Bogota in relation to Vagrancy, which mentions the occurrence of a situation in which people in the province of Bogota recognize a group of women as prostitutes and in which under oath Messrs. Merchor Moreno, Isidoro Leon, Alvino Moncada and Pascual Gutiérrez testify that these women have no means to live, no trade or any legal occupation therefore they do not recognize them as prostitutes and that before such accusation these women were allowed to present evidence for their defense, which forces the Inspector to declare them free of such charges but only three of them.
