Abstract

The image contains news about the termination of a contract that granted a monopoly on the production and sale of liquor in the province of Bogotá. This contract, previously signed with Guillermo Wills, was considered an obstacle to the economic development of the region. Through this agreement, the aim is to end the monopoly and free up the production of liquor, with some exceptions and conditions. Compensation is established for the former monopoly concessionaires and the responsibilities of the new producers are defined.
