Evaluación de la pertinencia de los protocolos de prueba para la estimación del factor de conversión hidráulico y del heat rate para el cálculo de la energía firme para el cargo por confiabilidad

Abstract

Given the predominance of hydroelectric generation over the thermoelectric grid in the national interconnected system, it is necessary to implement market mechanisms that will moderate the volatility of the KWh price and the low competitiveness of thermal generation. One of these mechanisms is the reliability charge, which remunerates the ENFICC declared for market generating agents and which is calculated using the technical parameters of its generation units. The parameter that represents the efficiency of these, is the hydraulic conversion factor, for the hydraulic units and the Hear Rate for the thermal. This degree project consists of the evaluation of the membership of the National Operating Council agreements with which the conversion factor and the Heart Rate are calculated, by comparison with analogous protocols used internationally.
