Abstract

A software platform was developed for graphical analysis and management of 4G coverage data based on the information available in the Datos Abiertos Colombia repository. This solution responds to the need for accessible and effective tools to process and visualize large volumes of government data, traditionally dispersed and difficult to interpret. Through a data processing algorithm and a distributed architecture, the platform integrates standardized quantitative and qualitative metrics, allowing an accurate assessment of the quality and availability of the service. It also optimizes access to key information for mobile operators and contractors in the sector, facilitating the identification of gaps in coverage and supporting strategic planning and decision making in the telecommunications field.
