| dc.description | Studies on gas-sensing thin-film design have a history of research in the first half of this century, the microelectronics center University of the Andes (Bogotá, - Colombia), has lead to this dissertation. This article, recreates the transient dynamic analysis tools and some finite elements enrich the phenomenon through the generation of a reduced order model that allows testing of the prototype, more rapidly, from a mathemati-cal simulation program such as Matlab ©. For the results, a new development in the manufacture of the sensor is added to check and adjust the functional model. | en-US |
| dc.description | Los estudios sobre sensores de gas de película delgada tienen antecedentes de diseño en investigaciones realizadas, en el primer lustro del presente siglo, por el Centro de Microelectrónica de la Universidad de losAndes (Bogotá, Colombia), que han conducido a tesis de grado. El presente artículo recrea el análisis dinámico transiente con herramientas de elementos finitos y enriquece el fenómeno a través de la generación de un modelo de orden reducido que permite realizar pruebas del prototipo más rápidamente, desde un programa de simulación matemático como Matlab©. A los resultados obtenidos, se adiciona un nuevo desarrollo en la fabricación del sensor, para comprobar y ajustar el modelo funcional. | es-ES |
