Resumen
There are conditions non equal for the Urbanistic construction model that has been taken over the city through public policies with a major lack of context and poorly inclusive. It necessary to pay attention to the actual housing problematic and even more the city and its existence itself to solve the inconveniences that exists for their citizens, question and criticize objectively the economic model to avoid abandon the city in hands of the market, something that supposed to be more qualitative than quantitative, stop for a minute and think: Which is the type of housing and city we want?

Existen condiciones indignas y poco equitativas en el modelo de construcción urbanística que se ha apoderado de la ciudad, a través de políticas públicas descontextualizadas y poco incluyentes. Es necesario prestar atención inminente a la problemática de vivienda y más aún a la ciudad misma y su existencia para poder solucionar los inconvenientes que ella presenta para sus habitantes, cuestionar y criticar objetivamente el modelo económico para no abandonar en manos del mercado algo que supone una correspondencia cualitativa más que cuantitativa y detenernos un momento a pensar ¿cuál es el tipo de vivienda y de ciudad que deseamos?
