Resumen
This paper describes the types of experiments were characterized in terms of skills development of scientific thought. To identify specific processes that are possible to be developed from some experiments, such as home, illustrative, demonstrative, discrepant and mental. Qualitative research through observations where there was no direct intervention with participants, with a grid of observation containing based on the theoretical framework on indicators was made: the types of skills of scientific thought, the practices of experimentation in physics, in the Seminar course Teaching of Physics II last semester students enrolled in the Bachelor career in physics. It was concluded that from the activities carried out with the characterization of "Typologies of experiments according to their potentialities in order to skills formation of scientific thought.", the student develops at different levels the following own skills of scientific thinking: Skills Verbal Reasoning Skills Testing Hypothesis Probability skills, Decision Making skills and Problem Solving.
