Apoyo en la gestión y conservación predial de los inmuebles bajo la jurisdicción de la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca (CAR)

Abstract

The present project seeks to carry out the property update in nine of the fourteen regionals belonging to the Corporacion Autonoma Regional of Cundinamarca (CAR), which currently have more than 10 years of outdating, generating disparity with the current physical reality of the property, as well as the use that can be given to it. It is evident that the outdated property is a major limitation for government entities and that it prevents expedited decision-making as they don’t have the accurate information on the current reality of the properties under their jurisdiction, this generate delays in the execution of projects, plans and public politics. This assignment is part of the continuation of the project started in 2017 that seeks to have all the cartographic regions verified with respect to the information registered in the IGAC. The cartographic update will provide clarification of the properties and their boundaries, it will also provide support in the various legal processes carried out by the CAR regarding the illegal invasion and change of destination made by individuals which are currently affecting the properties. At the same time, it also seeks to compare the information collected through the topographic surveys that were carry out on each of the properties owned by the entity, in order to indicate whether those with irregularities are registered in either the CAR or the Agustín Codazzi Geographical Institute. This project will represent for the Property Administration area of the General Secretariat of the CAR the cartographic standardization of the properties, this in order to facilitate the execution of plans and projects with the other dependencies of the corporation that lead to the good use and exploitation of these properties, As a result, the respective guide documentation will be generated referring to the realization of this project that ends the process of property updating of the CAR regions.
