Resumen
This document outlines the development of the Social Land Use Plan (POSPR) in the Sausalito intervention unit, located in the municipality of Puerto Rico, Meta. The POSPR aims to organize the distribution and formalization of land in rural areas, addressing issues such as the high rate of land tenure informality, which affects more than 50% of rural land in Colombia. This informality is the result of decades of forced displacement and irregular land titling, which limits access to financial services and development opportunities. In this context, the implementation of the POSPR in Sausalito involves interinstitutional collaboration and the use of topographic methods for land identification and cadastral regularization, with the goal of improving the legal and social situation of rural residents affected by armed conflict in the region.
