"The documents and observations that we insert immediately and that we take from number 212 of El Tradicionista, dated 21 of the present, clearly prove that we were quite right when we were the first to denounce to the public the scandalous attack with which some little ambitious without conscience have Mortally wounded all the interests of the working and working class, by suppressing the parcel posts in the Republic, without setting a regular term to conveniently organize the way of conducting the values of the different transactions...."

"Los documentos i observaciones que insertamos en seguida i que tomamos del número 212 de El Tradicionista, de 21 del presente, comprueba claramente , que teníamos sobrada razon cuando fuimos los primeros en denunciar al público el atentado escandaloso con que unos poco ambicioso sin conciencia han herido de muerte todos los intereses de la clase obrera i trabajadora, al suprimir los correos de encomiendas en la República, sin fijar un término regular para organiza convenientemente el modo de conducir los valores de las diferentes transacciones...."
