dc.description	La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de:" Se hizo en 13 de Octubre de 1589 la merced que permitió a D. Juan de Alvis derivar de Fucha y utilizar como fuera motriz de su molino la corriente de agua que hoy sirve al molino de Tres esquinas y a varios otros fundos. No fue, pues, la Municipalidad sino el Rey de España el que hizo la concesión a D. Juan de Alvis, y por tanto la Municipalidad carece de facultad para revocar una cosa que ella no hizo y en la cual solo tuvo intervención como autoridad delegada[. . . ] Los dueños del molino de Tres esquinas han manifestado en repetidas ocasiones a funcionarios públicos , que si la cuidad necesita realmente agua del río Fucha están dispuestos a vender".
