The image contains news about the asylum, we know for a fact that the brothers of the Christian schools have found themselves in the painful need to remove 40 children from the San José asylum in this capital, because the government owes more than $10,000 to such establishment. The 40 unfortunate children will therefore be forced to wander the streets and squares begging for public charity, and the government cannot support an asylum, having to meet the expenses required by continuity. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del asilo, sabemos de manera cierta que los hermanos de las escuelas cristianas se han visto en la dolorosa necesidad de retirar a 40 niños del asilo de San José de esta capital, a causa de que el gobierno debe más de $10,000 a tal establecimiento. Los 40 desgraciados niños se verán, pues, precisados a vagar por calles y plazas mendigando la caridad pública, y el gobierno no puede sostener un asilo, por tener que atender a los gastos que manda el continuismo.
