Abstract

This monograph seeks to analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of passive recreation at INPEC, seeking to know the strategies that are being implemented for passive well-being in officials at the INPEC headquarters. After conceptualizing the implementation and examining the models, the factors that influence the success or failure of implementation in the government environment, a series of recommendations will be developed that will contain within it, the lessons learned and suggestions generated in other case studies. that are related to passive recreation in the public sector. And through a mixed survey we seek to know the concept of passive recreation, its importance within the well-being and continuous improvement for the public sector and the perception that officials at the headquarters have. of INPEC, allowing us to know with first-hand information the shortcomings and strengths of passive recreation at INPEC. With the intersection of concepts of passive recreation and the perception of INPEC officials of it, a series of recommendations will be made applicable to the headquarters, seeking the well-being and continuous improvement of officials, working jointly with the Group of INPEC Labor Welfare.
