Resumen
This project proposes an operational knowledge management model based on emerging technologies, some of which involve Azure services and infrastructure, applied to the software development area of Intempo SAS, a Bogota-based company whose mission is to facilitate its clients' processes through the development and implementation of technology projects in the ICT sector. The main problem identified was the dispersion of operational knowledge and the lack of centralization of technical solutions used in resolving incidents and new requirements, which generates rework, wasted time, and lost valuable knowledge. Multiple alternatives were analyzed. The model is structured around eight practices, from the initial diagnosis and analysis of the data found, to the presentation of alternatives and the final deliverable, aiming for subsequent implementation. This approach seeks to reduce dependence on individual tacit knowledge and transform it into a reusable collective asset, increasing operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
