Number 13.—The Undersigned Clerk of the 3rd Circuit Court, in obedience to the order dated today, issued in a memorial presented by Mr. Carlos Williamson, and in accordance with article 470 of the Commercial Code, registers in this book the following association deed excerpt: "As second Notary of the Circle of Bogotá, " I certify: "That by instrument number one thousand nine hundred and six, granted before me on today's date, Messrs. Bernardo D. Gutiérrez (as legal representative of his wife, Mrs. Dolores García de Gutiérrez), Francisco García Medina and Carlos Williamson, neighbors, the first of Tunja, the second from Chiquinquirá and the third from Bogotá, constituted a regular collective trading company, domiciled in this city of Bogotá, and under the trade name of García & Williamson”-
