La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del terreno que compro el municipio de Bogotá para construir el hospital de la misericordia para niños pobres, en caso de que la obra se suspenda, sin que haya probabilidad de que se concluya, él consejo municipal podrá concluir que retira el auxilio consistente en dar el terreno de que habla este articulo.
