Resumen
The image contains news about the visit procedures to the Cleaning, Lighting and Surveillance Income Collection. In Bogotá, on May 15, 1899, the General Inspector of the Branch carried out an exhaustive inspection of the account corresponding to the month of April in collection. The Journal and Ledger books, as well as the balance sheet and other accounting documents, were meticulously examined, all found in order and in accordance with the current Accounting regulations of the national Treasury. A second visit was made during which the records corresponding to the month of May were reviewed, once again verifying the good status of the documents presented. In addition, in towns such as Villavicencio and Santa Marta, similar inspections were carried out that highlighted the review of accounting books and verification of cash funds. After verifying salary payments and other transactions, and finding no observations, the Inspector General approved the documents. News published in the Official Gazette. February 7, 1900.
