Abstract

The present work focuses on providing, through a structured analysis, the design and implementation and accreditation through an audit to achieve the certification of the spectrometry laboratory for the Publyescudos establishment, under the requirements of ISO IEC 17025: 2017. This document can be seen from the sectoral analysis in which it focuses on giving a broader aspect of the sector to which this project will be incurred, the most viable factor is shown according to the investment that must be made the jeweler sector in Colombia has increased its national and export sales, but quality is not one of its strengths in several of the establishments, with this project we want to design an agile methodology to implement and / or certify a spectrometry laboratory, the which helps the establishment to deliver high quality jewelry and avoid returns for it.
