The image contains news about a note sent to the General Commander of this department and the communication he received was from Commander Nicolás Mechado, Chief of Operations of the Canton of Guatavita, reporting that some rebels led by Dr. Pastor Ospina have delivered to the Mayor of Ubalá, relying on a pardon supposedly issued by General Joaquín María Barriga. Furthermore, Simón Bonilla, with the passport of the Mayor of Gachetá, has arrived in this city, but it is suspected that he was arrested with weapons and received the same pardon mentioned, and some responses are attached. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de una nota que le envían al General Comandante de este departamento y la comunicación que recibió fue del Comandante Nicolás Mechado, Jefe de Operaciones del Cantón de Guatavita, informando que algunos facciosos liderados por el Dr. Pastor Ospina se han entregado al Alcalde de Ubalá, amparándose en un indulto supuestamente emitido por el General Joaquín María Barriga. Además, Simón Bonilla, con pasaporte de Alcalde de Gachetá, ha llegado a esta ciudad, pero se sospecha que fue arrestado con armas y se acogió al mismo indulto mencionado, y se adjuntan algunas respuestas.
