La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la necesidad para crear un nuevo hospital de caridad, destinado a los presos políticos, por el tiempo que la actual perturbación del orden publico lo hiciere necesario, cuya dirección y administración correrá a cuenta de la junta general de beneficencia al igual que los demás establecimientos de su clase.
