Abstract

Graduation Project Internship in mode called "Behavior Analysis CATASTRALES APPRAISALS IN SHOPPING CENTER UPDATE 2013 CATASTRAL 2014. EFFECTIVE CASE STUDY: TITAN PLAZA, GREAT SEASON, CENTRO MAYOR. BOGOTA, COLOMBIA, "the Comptroller of Bogotá and external consulting engineer Carlos Fajardo and Luis Eduardo Castillo internal director who also was by tracking the project. This was developed as its name implies in the urban part of Bogotá, and is part of the audit work carried out by the comptroller to the Special Administrative Unit Cadastral District. The Project is developed in view of the need to assess behaved as the dynamics of assessed valuation in malls and if the data are due to market dynamics. The research started from the term 2010 to the effect 2014, where later a micro focus for vigencias 2013 and 2014 is performed, then case study on three shopping centers, where it is analyzed and evaluated so more timely the relationship is between assessed values ​​of commercial premises, then it is done on a sample of 57 local commercial appraisals which are then compared with the assessed valuations finally determining whether they comply with the provisions of the Act, finally agreed to the results some recommendations are made to improve valuating activity.
