La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de un informe presentado por el ingeniero señor D.A. Stanley, el cual se dirige al señor ministro, le informa que para evitar riesgos referentes al acueducto este mismo ingeniero está al tanto de donde está ubicado el acueducto y la cantidad de riesgos potenciales que hay alrededor de él al estar ubicado cerca de la montaña la cual está hecha de materiales deslizantes podría presentar muchos riesgos referente a las fuertes lluvias por ende lo que él plantea es una nueva ubicación de estas cañerías colgantes para el acueducto para evitar riesgos ya que estas estarían ubicadas lejos de la zona de riesgo y así evitaría en caso de cualquier emergencia la destrucción de las mismas.
