ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), is one of the most important certifications in this, since the ITIL best practices are designed to help companies identify areas that need improvement and provide guidance neutral about where to specific changes to reduce costs and increase productivity. In this sense, the use of ITIL V3 plays a useful role for SMS because it provides him how to aspects of the management of TI services, computer services quality go hand in hand with business objectives are established and meeting the requirements and expectations of cliente.Se design a plan of best practices for TI management and administration of TI services within the SMS company that was consistent with the control framework and risk management of the organization, that could satisfy corporate objectives and business needs, delivering value to their customers through TI.
