Abstract

This document is the proposed development of procedures and documents for quality management system in the company AQUA INGENIERÍA & DISEÑO SAS. AQUA INGENIERÍA & DISEÑO SAS is a company that wants to improve the quality of services offered, in order to increase their market share. To achieve this, the implementation of a quality policy is required. However, this is not possible if the processes taking place in the company are not properly documented. This is why the relevant documentation necessary to have a starting point towards the implementation of the quality plan. 2008 for the design area and the administrative area: Therefore, the preparation of the documentation required for the Quality Management System based on the NTC -ISO 9001 was proposed.
