The image contains news about the prison of the state of Cundinamarca in which a table shows the additions and discharges in the establishment during the month of April, it can also be seen that for this month there were 161 inmates in total, on the other hand On the other hand, there were 6 discharges, 4 discharges and at the end of the month of March 159 prisoners, this table was presented by Lino Peña on April 30, 1860. La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el presidio del estado de Cundinamarca en el cual mediante un cuadro se manifiesta las altas y bajas en el establecimiento durante el mes de abril, así mismo se puede evidenciar que para este mes hubieron 161 reos en total, por otro lado se presentaron 6 altas, 4 bajas y al finalizar el mes de marzo 159 reos, este cuadro fue presentado por Lino Peña el 30 de Abril de 1860.Noticia publicada en La Gaceta de Cundinamarca Bogotá, No.148, 12 de Mayo-1860.
