La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de:" Hemos tenido la oportunidad de ver los planos y perfiles de las nuevas obras que , en el Acueducto de esta cuidad, esta haciendo el joven ingeniero señor Máximo González M. El proyecto se ha hecho consultando todas las condiciones de estabilidad que requiere una obra de esta importancia en un terreno tan deleznable como el nuestro ".
