La imagen contiene una noticia sobre el decreto que reglamenta la venta de carne, establece por parte del gobierno 8 almacenes en la ciudad, está completamente prohibido vender carne en la carnicería oficial y en cualquier lugar que no sean los almacenes del gobierno, la carnicería oficial se limitara a matar el ganado, preparar la carne a la venta y remitirla hacia los almacenes de gobierno, estos almacenes estarán a cargo de un almacenista nombrado por el poder ejecutivo y de un número suficiente de empleados para la jornada, el sueldo de los almacenistas será fijado dependiendo su carga laboral un mes después de ser establecido, pero no será de menos de 50 pesos.
