Proyecto de modelo de negocio para el diseño de una aplicación móvil para el servicio de transporte

Abstract

According to worldwide traffic meters (Tom Tom and Inrix), the Bogota is one of the cities with the most vehicular traffic in Latin America and the fourth in the world. In addition, the construction of trunk roads, pedestrian paths, metro cables,bike paths and the metro, which is affecting main and arterial roads such as the first of May, the Boyacá Avenue, Carrera 68, Calle 72 among others, added to other factors that will be expressed throughout the work. For this reason, the employees of several companies are being affected by this problematic, since they last a long time on public or private transport to get to their jobs or returning to their homes, causing work stress and low productivity. Given the above, the present project is searching to design a Business model for the design of a mobile application that provides a transport service where anyone who is interested can acquire this service through a Special public passenger transport company in order to improve the user's quality of life and reduce travel times to and from work. In this way, it is possible to they will study the needs of employees and companies, the technical characteristics that it must have the application and finally it will be evaluated if there is a feasibility to develop the project
