Abstract

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the National Government has had to take drastic measures to prevent its spread, these measures include limiting the number of people who can meet in sessions of the House of Representatives, which has generated a lot of slowness and uncertainty in the processes that must be dealt with in the commissions. This is why it is necessary to implement technologies that allow these sessions to continue to be held virtually or at least in mixed sessions, these technologies will allow representatives to hold sessions from the national capitol or, if necessary, from their homes to avoid contagion, however, this must occur synchronously. This is where a design and implementation of a transmission system must be carried out that supports this and also allows it to be transmitted live through the different channels that the congress has at its disposal to demonstrate the transparency of its processes
