Modelo de gestión del conocimiento para la dirección de proyectos de desarrollo de software

Abstract

Information is one of the most appreciated assets for organizations, it’s defined as the data structuring though knowledge. Therefore information would be an important part of knowledge management. Knowledge management has been gaining force (strenght) in the last years, therefore knowledge transfering models are taken by reference to propose a derivated model which unifies the key concepts of each one. In the document content we highlight that the proposed model’s central point will be the knowledge management using learned lessons, that’s why key concepts inherent with the subject are defined, documents with registered learned lessons issued by 2 companies are evaluated too, with the commitment to not reveal their names. This was a great help in order to define a model that meets this document main objective. Finally, we proceed to design a entity relationship model in order to build a database and an architecture that presents the criteria for the prototype implementation, with this we finish the document objective and also we propose future works to give continuity to the implementation and test of the final tool.
