The image contains a news about: Until the night of the last Sunday the premiere of the beautiful drama in verse entitled The thorns of a flower, continuation of The flower of a day, performed earlier, could take place. The indisputable merit of this precious work, which poorly informed we attribute in our previous Revista to the eminent lyric poet Mr. Rodríguez Rubí, who owes the dramatic literature to a new genius, to Mr. Francisco Campodron, highlighted with the same luxury of thoughts and versification both in the first and in the second part ; only that in that part the force of imajination and the poetic vigor of the author were seen more in all its freshness. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de: Hasta la noche del último domingo ha podido tener lugar el estreno del precioso drama en verso titulado Las espinas de una flor, continuacion de La flor de un dia, ejecutado anteriorente. El mérito insisputable de esta preciosa obra, que mal informados atribuimos en nuestra anterior Revista al eminente poeta lírico señor Rodríguez Rubí, i que debe la literatura dramática a un nuevo injenio, al señor Francisco Campodron, resaltó con el mismo lujo de pensamientos i de versificacion tanto en la primera como en la segunda parte ; solo que en aquella se dejaron ver mas en toda su lozanía la fuerza de imajinacion i el vigor poético del autor.
