Resumen
The trend of reuse of materials as a process of reconstruction and transformation for the environment, deeply marks the act of enterprises and entrepreneurs of the last times, because it prolongs the life and usefulness of the resources. The production of calcium carbonate may be an attractive option because it is a component managed in a large number of industrial sectors. Thanks to the high percentage of calcium carbonate that has the shell of an egg and the easy access to this source, identifies a great business opportunity in the processing of this type of product, because it reduces the environmental impact that occurs with the removal of calcium from quarries, also detects the economic potential that has to come from a source that is seen as waste. In consequence of this, is born the idea to production of calcium carbonate from the shell of an egg, developing a business idea that will innovate and mitigate major environmental damage produced by conventional methods of obtaining this item.
