Abstract

The following document proposes the modality of internship degree, in this case within the Ministerio del Deporte located in the locality Salitre C.A.R. This is done in order to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the academic training in the curricular project Administración Deportiva during the ten semesters studied in both classroom and virtual form (Pandemic) in the Bosa Porvenir headquarters located in the Bogota city. With the internship is intended to strengthen the practices and theories of how to manage within the sport highlighting that the Mindeporte is the highest administrative body of national sport, worth the redundancy, from there the Sistema Nacional del Deporte is formed and through this the sport is regulated and classified in a National, Departmental and Municipal way, Departmental and Municipal where projects of formative, recreational, high performance, professional, leisure, and free time projects are planned, distributed and coordinated in order to promote sports for the improvement of lifestyle, health, education, culture and to create more united communities either publicly or privately. On the other hand, in order to successfully comply with this type of degree, the appropriate functions were performed within the Grupo Interno de Trabajo Centro de Alto Rendimiento, such as database management, tours as a means of control and supervision of scenarios, management of office automation tools, creation of manuals specifically on the maintenance and conservation of the good condition, Also, the monitoring of athletes and coaches who use the different scenarios, which through reports, is transmitted to the Grupo Interno de Trabajo on the income, time, days, the federation to which they belong, ages, level of schooling and place of origin, taking into account that the main function of this sports complex C.A.R. in Colombia is to provide services for high performance athletes. Finally, we take into account the lessons learned from the practice carried out, among which we highlight the use of office tools and databases, having a sense of belonging to the scenarios, organization and classification of documentation, user service, analyzing information, supporting colleagues, having a good working environment and group work.
