Lack of road infrastructure: The need to build a ring road for heavy traffic and improve road signage is highlighted. Territorial Planning Plan: The importance of updating the plan and defining specific areas for loading and unloading goods is highlighted. Citizen participation: The need for citizens to be aware of their responsibilities and actively participate in solving mobility problems is emphasized. Requirements to be a candidate for Congress: Information is provided on the requirements to be a candidate for the Senate and the House of Representatives, including specific requirements for candidates from indigenous and Afro-descendant communities.
