| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del Decreto de abril 17 en el que se reglamenta sobre los establecimientos de castigo. Art. 1. Cada establecimiento de trabajos forzados estará a cargo de un director cuyas funciones y deberes serán los siguientes 1º Llevar tres libros para el buen orden del establecimiento, el uso de condenas, en el cual se sentará la afiliación de cada uno de los reos, el delito porque ha sido condenado, la parte resolutiva de las sentencias de primera y segunda instancia con expresión del juzgado y tribunal que las haya pronunciado, el día en que principia a contarse su ejecución, y el día en que debe terminar. Se dejarán a continuación una o más hojas en blanco en proporción al tiempo que el reo deba permanecer en el establecimiento para hacer las anotaciones de la conducta que observe, intento o consumación de fuga que se le compruebe, castigos correccionales que sufra, y demás circunstancias que sean necesarias para los efectos del artículo 918 del código penal.
