In a digital landscape where thousands of entrepreneurs face structural barriers to compete, this project presents a real and scalable solution: Titandrop S.A.S., an e-commerce platform based on a dropshipping model that directly connects Bogotá based entrepreneurs with wholesale suppliers through a multilateral system requiring no physical inventory. As a key differentiator, the platform integrates conversational artificial intelligence, enhancing customer experience, automating critical operations, and reducing overhead costs. A fully functional prototype was developed using technologies such as Python (Flask), SQLite, and Bootstrap, validating its technical feasibility. The business model was built with strategic rigor (Canvas, Porter, SWOT, PEYEA), supported by solid financial projections and designed under legal and environmental compliance. Its impact is triple: economic, social, and ecological. Endorsed by Parquesoft Bogotá, this venture demonstrates that digital transformation is not merely technological it is a tangible pathway to democratize opportunity, foster local development, and build purpose-driven platforms with real world impact.
