Abstract

In this report, the Municipal Trustee responds to a request from the President of the Municipality regarding the resolution issued by the State Governor, in response to complaints from some citizens about municipal rights imposed by the Administrative Council. After requesting information from the Municipal Treasurer, it is concluded that the Municipality has the legal right to create the Administrative Council and regulate the points of sale, including the imposition of fees as a form of remuneration for the use of municipal spaces.
