Diseño y Desarrollo de un Prototipo de Software que Apoye, Gestione y Agilice los Procesos Referentes al Manejo de los Recursos Humanos en la Empresa Grupo TX S.A.S. Colombia

Abstract

In this graduation project everything related to the analysis, design and development described a web tool, which is proposed as a solution to a series of management problems and management of human resources in the company Grupo TX S.A.S. Colombia. It covering topics such as the detection and lifting requirements in the initial stage of project , through understanding and knowledge of the business itself , through the development of an enterprise architecture , making use of the ArchiMate 2.0 specification. Additionally, It presents the design corresponding to the solution using Unified Modeling Language ( Use case diagram and Class Diagrams ) , Relational Model and everything you need to understand the structure of the system. Finally , the results obtained are described thanks to application development , together with conclusions and recommendations.
