The image contains a news item in which a letter is presented to the director, in which he expresses concern about the cleaning and lighting of the city, in which he says that this problem will be taken over by the municipality, so he should be concerned about how to organize it and have the necessary resources to pay for it. It is for this reason that a problem is created in how the municipality will be able to maintain these expenses. La imagen contiene una noticia en la que se presenta una carta hacia el señor director, en la que se expone preocupación por el aseo y alumbrado de la ciudad, en ella dice que este problema pasara al poder del municipio por lo que debería tener preocupación en cómo organizarla y tener los recursos necesarios para pagarla. Es por esto que se crea una problemática en cómo se hará para que el municipio pueda mantener estos gastos.
