Este nombramiento fue realizado por el Gobernador del Departamento de Cundinamarca, Jaime Córdoba, tras considerar la terna presentada por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cundinamarca. Según el decreto, Eladio Arias debe asumir de inmediato sus funciones para autorizar una escritura, debido a un impedimento legal del notario principal, conforme al artículo 2644 del Código Civil. This appointment was made by the Governor of the Department of Cundinamarca, Jaime Córdoba, after considering the shortlist presented by the Superior Court of the Judicial District of Cundinamarca. According to the decree, Eladio Arias must immediately assume his duties to authorize a deed, due to a legal impediment of the main notary, in accordance with article 2644 of the Civil Code.
