The image contains news about the notice to political leaders, as in some edition of the laws from the year 1834 it is said in case 5 of article 4 of June 2 "single men from 16 to 40 years old" and This mistake may affect the attitude of the proceedings that are being carried out regarding the formation of the population census, it is noted that instead of the words cited, these should be read: "single men from 16 to 50 years of age" since this is in accordance with the original law sanctioned by the P.E. and agreed upon by the legislative body, which must therefore be available in everything. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del aviso a los jefes políticos, como en alguna edición de las leyes del año de 1834 se dice en el caso 5º del artículo 4º de la de 2 de junio "los hombres solteros de 16 a 40 años" y está equivocación puede afectarle esa actitud de las diligencias que se están practicando sobre la formación del censo de población, se advierte que debe leerse en lugar de las palabras citadas, estas: "los hombres solteros de 16 a 50 años" pues así es conforme con la ley original sancionada por el P. E. y acordada por el cuerpo legislativo debiendo por lo mismo estarse en todo a disposición.
